AIOFinds is a UK-focused product discovery website. You can browse products, open product previews, use Ask AIO for shopping recommendations, and continue to retailer websites when you want to check the latest details or buy.

2. Information we collect

We may process account information such as your name, email address and account session details when you sign up or sign in. Authentication is handled using Neon Auth.

We also process Ask AIO prompts, AI usage credit records, product searches, selected filters, product interactions, outbound retailer clicks, support messages and deletion requests where relevant.

3. Ask AIO and AI processing

Ask AIO uses your prompt and a relevant shortlist of products to generate product ideas, comparisons and recommendations. To do this, your prompt and selected product context may be sent to Google Gemini services for AI response generation and semantic search.

Do not enter sensitive personal information, payment details, passwords, medical information or private documents into Ask AIO.

4. How we use information

We use information to operate the website, provide account access, manage Ask AIO credits, generate shopping recommendations, maintain security, respond to support requests, improve product discovery and detect broken or outdated product links.

5. Cookies and local storage

AIOFinds uses essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, account sessions, guest Ask AIO credits, saved browsing state and basic website functionality.

We are not currently using advertising cookies, ad pixels or non-essential analytics cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and add any required consent controls.

6. Retailer and affiliate links

AIOFinds links to third-party retailer websites. When you leave AIOFinds, the retailer's own privacy policy, cookies, terms, checkout process, delivery and returns rules apply.

AIOFinds may earn a commission when you click retailer links and make a purchase. This does not change the price you pay.

7. Data storage and security

We use database and authentication providers to operate the service. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

8. Account deletion and contact

You can request account deletion from the account security panel or by emailing store@aiofinds.com. We may need to keep limited records where necessary for security, legal, operational or abuse-prevention reasons.
